London 2021 FT and Off Cycle Applications

How do you think full time hiring will be affected for a 2021 start? Normally FT recruiting would start in the next 2-3 months and so what with 2020 summer interns being uncertain about delays etc what do you think the scene would be like for those applying for FT positions? Same for off cycle - I imagine that off cycle positions would be in greater demand rather than full time on teh grounds on interns being cheaper and its a ftc rather than a permanent hire.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
