Curious to know which buyside firms recruit IB analysts with ~1 year of experience. These positions aren't Associate roles but rather Analyst positions that differ from the "straight-out-of-undergrad" Analyst spots. A few examples that come to mind are BX (across multiple strategies like PE, TO, PC, BREP/BREDS), CVC (PE, PC), Silver Lake, and WP. Have I missed any? Anyone got ideas?
