London GS Private AM Internship Process

Have a couple of questions about the internship process in London. I’m assuming the process will be similar across the private arms of the big banks:

1) How competitive are the programmes and how are the conversion rates?

2) What type of questions do they ask in the interview? Are they different across the different sectors (i.e. GE, PE, Credit - interested primarily in GE and RE)?

As a guide, what should I be familiar with when recruiting?

Thanks!
