Depends if the EB is in Mayfair or the City. If Mayfair probs best bet is Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury, Marylebone if u can afford. If it’s the City then islington or Clerkenwell are decent. Anywhere further out is either rough or a bad commute

Just found out that a friend of a friend lives in Clapham and is currently looking for a new flatmate. Apparently, Clapham is loaded with young adults and quite easy to commute to the city (here is my bank located).
What do you think about Clapham?
