London IB recruiters

Any ideas on which recruitment firms hire for while global banks in London? I know the following firms do IB but not sure which firms.

Any more insights welcome!

I know Alan Mitchell has connections to Piper Sandler, but otherwise, not a clue, sorry

Most of the BBs insource their hiring, so you could reach out to one of their talent scouts. Nevertheless, they still do look occasionally at CVs presented by recruitment firms.

I know that Pearse Partners has DB and BAML, and Edgworth has inroads with Jefferies. My bank uses Dartmouth for active recruiting.

I'd add Linear Partners to the list - I've spoken to them about Greenhill and RBC in the past.

Brock and Decker have links with a few banks too.

I don't know if this is what the poster means, but you can have bad experiences at the junior level with a lot of recruitment firms (sending your CV to a bunch of banks sometimes without permission, not getting back to you, claiming that there might be a role when there isn't, etc.) - it's a volume game (alrthough, I would say, Greenwich is particularly notorious).

I've personally had "market standard" junior recruitment experiences with Dartmouth (which is to say, a bit crap) when I was a junior, but nothing abnormal.
