London PE Diversity recruiting

Is it probable that a completely non-target black male at a Tier 1 BB / Rothschild/CVP Coverage/M&A team with European languages could even conceivably have a fighting chance at getting a London PE interview? Is it true that a super non-target background as a (black) male permanently kills any chance at getting looks from UMM/MF despite being technically top tier (modelling & theoretical knowledge of finance/accounting/investment) with other redeeming factors like languages & solid deal experience? What tier of PE firms would such a profile stand a non-zero chance (exclusively LMM)?

Is this really the case for non targets??? I thought getting into IB means my uni doesn’t matter

What would I have to do in order to get an UMM seat some point in future from a HSBC/RBC type shop other than move to JP/GS?

Was just a random example of EBs with an old good name of generations past
