London EB analyst 2 thinking about exit and the impact that the length of my notice period on recruitment.
I am currently on a 1 month notice. I am promoted associate in Feb-24 and will be on three month notice period. I am wondering if that may impact my recruiting experience at all, as I would likely accelerate my exit timeline, to make sure I exit before promotion if so.
Its often pretty easy to have your notice period waived. Particularly if you are not going to another bank.
