Make It Big at BNP Paribas
With the risk of sounding optimistic, I think BNP Paribas is actively recruiting new members for its London and New York offices - both for current students and recent graduates. I saw the videos that they are pushing as a Utopian, new world order to banking - a sort of kinder/gentler banker image. Even if their recruitment campaign is 50% crap, it still seems like an awesome gig.

If I already got rejected for their HK office, would I still be able to reapply and have a shot at NY/London? I'm American, in case that matters.

I interned in Mumbai - Equities Research, it was pretty good though they're relatively new there - they weren't very big.
