MBA hasn't helped
Hey all,
Some advice very much appreciated.
Prior to my MBA (which I finish next week) I worked in Sales for a tech firm and then a bit of consulting and corporate development.
I did my MBA as a door opened into IBD. However, it's not helped at all.
Tried networking but very few of the alumni seem to be at MD/Director level and none can override HR's usual bollocks
Country: UK Business School: Cass Business School
I've had no luck getting into summer or full time associate roles at BB and top boutiques. Tried speaking to smaller Boutiques (Arma Partners etc) but no luck at all.
Any advice please? I'm kind out of ideas, can't help feeling the MBA has been a HUGE waste of time and money.
thanks,
Lock

You are not alone, still networking the only open doors are insurance for me so far with and that includes 100% commission. Yet my search continues!
