Need advice: internship offers

Hey all, long time lurker here.

I pretty much failed to get a SA position in the major cities(NYC/London/Toronto etc...) however I did get 2 internships at 2 local boutiques in the MENA region. The first is a 1 month internship and the second a 2 month internship that I could negotiate for 3 months, but it is at a lesser known shop.

I am tempted to take both offers however I am wondering how 2 short internships would look on my CV for later. Am I better off taking a 3 month internship at the lesser known boutique? For people here who have reviewed resumes before, which situation would you look more favorably upon?

Also, how do you think this would place me for FT recruiting at BBs and better know boutiques?

Thanks for all the help and advice you can give.

What sort of work will you be doing at each of the places? Obviously the 12 week internship would be better if that's the place where you'll get a chance to do more meaningful work. If you'll be doing the same sorts of things at both places, then you might as well stay at one place for 3 months. But if the shorter internship is at a well-known firm, then it may also be a good idea to get that bigger name on your resume.
