Need help! advice please on career choice

Hey guys, so here's a quick summary of the problem I'm facing.

I did an internship with a MM firm for my 3rd year and they offered me a full-time position for me to join after I graduate. But of course, I continued recruiting to see what's out there and for better opportunities.

I recently got a great offer that I am considering taking up (BB FO). The thing about reneging that is mostly talked about here is that the reneging is done to a firm you never interned with..so it doesn't show up in the background checks. But for me, if I renege on the MM firm, my concern is that the BB will do their background checks, and that means they'll call up the MM firm as it is my most recent and solid internship. THis will alert the MM firm that I am trying to take up an offer despite having accepted one with them.

Seems like a tough situation to navigate. What should I do? :/

Appreciate the advice guys.
