I am starting at a BB S&T in their grad program this summer and have heard about how crucial networking is to get into a good seat. How and when would people advise approaching people? Should I just start messaging people saying hi I’d like to join your team do you have any advice? When is the best time to start and what would you advise speaking to people about?
