Summer Associate who was tracking for an offer. However, the other summer associate and I were told today that we won't be getting offers due to headcount changes and a new MD bringing his people with him.
I need to recruit again and don't mind because culture within the group was also a problem and I was placed in a group I didn't have much interest in. What should be my gameplan?

Start reaching out to bankers who you previously connected with / built rapport during fall recruiting. Likely will be fewer # of seats open this year.
