New UK Visa policy eliminating opportunities of Non-EU who studies at EU Mainland?

I've been keep telling about the new UK work-visa policy and the meaning behind it: For a non-EU who studied in a EU mainland school (which means not in a UK school). It will be impossible to get a sponsorship even if I get a summer/spring/FT/off-cycle offer in London.

Is this true? Really need help now coz I just accept one offer from French B-school.

Thanks for your help and have a nice day to all of you!
