No FT Offer- Next Steps?
Hello-- in need of some advice here. My firm did not return my intern team due to poor market temps and economic uncertainty.
Since then I have been recruiting/ networking diligently, but to no avail. I have run the gamut in this cycle of bankers.
Does anyone have any advice for me at this point? I am from a non-target, my GPA is not stellar, but I have a strong network and resume otherwise. I have been networking for two years now but everyone seems to be laying off workers rather than employing more.
Does anyone know of firms with an open window for applicants still? Starting to lose hope.

Unfortunately the common advice would be to widen your scope beyond just IB, start reaching out to roles in ER, Asset Management, S&T, etc,.
