No Interviews Yet at Target

Sophomore at a target here with no interviews yet for SA25, solid resume with good gpa, have been networking with 3-4 alums at most banks. What should I be looking at here: try to pivot into something consulting, recruit for LMM PE analyst programs, switch to data analytics?

have interviews came out where you applied - keep grinding if nothing think something valuation driven maybe ER if you want to get into IB. can you take an off-cycle internships

It's way too early to be seriously worried and/or pivoting... general rounds (non diversity/RX) are just starting to trickle in. If you have nothing by the summer, can cross that bridge then.

That said you sound very undernetworked. 3-4 people per bank is nowhere near enough, 80%+ of people will talk to you and do nothing else so you need to be at 10+ per bank as a minimum. Ramp up the networking a ton
