No summer internship, what to do?
Hi.
I'm in my second year of university in the UK and I left it way too late to apply to internships for no reason other than excuses. Now that most have closed, I'm not exactly sure what to do.
Should I try emailing boutiques? Or should I look for an internship in an unrelated industry. If so, any suggestions?

What year are you in? Look for regional boutiques as they have informal recruiting. Also, COVID might be on your side as you can try to hit up places outside of your location due to most likely having a remote Summer.
