An excellent opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team of this highly successful and dynamic school.

We require an enthusiastic, strategic and resourceful individual to lead the organisation and smooth running of the non-teaching aspects of this lively and happy school. Responsible directly to the Headmistress, the person appointed will become a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, able to lead on the financial and administrative management of the School. Other responsibilities include oversight of the grounds, building maintenance, security, health and safety and the co-ordination of building projects.

Norwich High School has a long tradition of academic excellence and creativity within an exceptionally supportive community. Founded in 1875 to educate girls aged 3-18, the School is part of the Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST) the largest group of independent schools in the UK. The School is located on a beautiful site off the Newmarket Road.

Candidates should be experienced and well qualified, with a degree or excellent professional qualifications. They will need to demonstrate outstanding administrative, financial and project management skills, and an ability to be a team player. The role is both varied and rewarding; no two days are the same. Excellent communication skills, energy, and personal integrity are essential.
