Not connecting with coverage team
Title says it. I switched coverage groups a few months ago and I cant form any solid connections with anyone in my group. I’ve gone on many coffee chats to form connections as well as office talks but nothing has been working. Has anyone else gone through any similar experience? Makes the day go by slow and don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Any advice would be appreciated.
