When does off-cycle recruitment start in London?- is it usually around the same time as SA or just random based on business needs? Also interested if it is as competitive as SA and if the recruitment process is the same (cv, online tests, video interview, face to face/zoom) or if its accelerated in any way. Thanks

I don't even know when my GFs cycle starts
It is not necessarily on cycle. Mostly based on needs - but would expect more structure at the largest banks.
A lot more competitive than SA given the applicant pool will be European MSc with previous off cycle experience as other banks.
I remember when I use to think off-cycle was easier to get compared to a SA stint, man was I wrong!
