Pay in operations

Hi all,
I know ops isn't the most glamorous gig in banking but having faced a number of FO rejections recently it's looking like I'll be starting a career in ops. The work doesn't seem as bad as people on here make out, but does anyone know what the pay scale is like?
Analyst, associate, VP, ED, MD etc.
Also would be helpful if these were salaries not in core locations - I know a lot of NYC ops are moving to Baltimore, London to Glasgow etc
Thanks :)
