PwC Corporate Finance - Reputation & Exit options to PE?

Hi, I have recently got an offer from PwC Corporate Finance. They told me that they have been working with many PE clients, providing M&A related services. I'd like to know from private equity's point of view, how is the reputation of PwC Corporate Finance? Could anyone share some experience working in this division (or worked with them before)? On the other hand, how hard would it be to switch from this role to PE after 3-5 years, given that most competitors will be from IB? Thanks for the advice!

For the US only, I have never come across someone from PwC CF at any PE fund. You'd have as good of a chance in TAS as you would CF.
