Between an internship at PWC for audit and an internship at Starling bank for Risk, which is better to get a front office role after graduating ? Haven't seen any posts with working at Starling bank

Tbh in 4 weeks you won't actually be doing much especially if it's not busy season (Jan-March). How long's the starling internship?
Starling bank is for 8-10 weeks. But they're both in the summer starting late June / July.
