Question about Goldman Offer

I am a fresh graduate and have received one formal offer and one potential offer from Goldman Sachs, one from the counterparty valuation adjustment (CVA) group in New York, the potential offer is from the emerging market group in London.

At this moment, I am leaning towards the CVA offer in NY, mainly due to the relocation trouble and the process of getting used to a relatively new environment in UK. However, I am a bit uncertain about the future of the credit derivative market, though the hiring manager told me that the responsibility of the CVA group has actually grown during the crisis. Another thing that I am worring about is the fact that Slang is used in the group and no ther language. Wouldn't me be tightly leashed to Goldman after a couple of years experience with Slang and hard ot find an exit opportunity?

If someone have similar experience, could you please share with me your thoughts and you could also pm me to keep the information private. Thanks much!
