Redundancy timeline
Hey everyone
So i am pretty sure i am about to be laid off as part of a bigger redundancy/restructuring. This is not a surprise given I am working for a EU BB that isnt doing too well.
Here is what i need help with- i moved from NYC to London 2 years ago and I want to understand if the notice period that the company gives me will include my time spent in the US(7 years). If they do then that will allow me an additional 2 months to search for a job before my visa issues kick off (60 days to find a new job post the notice period in London). does anyone have any experience with similar situation ?
