Like tbh idk why recruiting in london is so random. They filter people with some stupid culture tests. Some i pass some i get dinged. How the fuck are you supposed to know whether you value checking the details or helping teammates with their emotions. UBS , Barc, MS , citi, all uses these and i tbh cannot see what is their standards
