Requesting update on the application + Workday
I’ve applied to some places via workday and the confirmation of the application comes directly from workday. I was wondering how can I enquire about the status of my application? I tried to find HR emails directly at some of those places and unfortunately couldn’t find any.
Should I just send an email for the workday domain email? I doubt I will get any response there but it’s not “no reply” either. Also, what’s the general stance on requesting the update (good / bad)? I wouldn’t say I have any pressing deadlines at the moment but getting impatient given that the roles I applied for mostly start in Jan.

Contacting HR: If you can't find the HR emails, you could try reaching out via LinkedIn or other professional networks. You could also try calling the company directly and asking for the HR department.
Workday Domain Email: While it's not a "no reply" email, responses from these types of emails can be hit or miss. It doesn't hurt to try, but I wouldn't put all my eggs in this basket.
Patience: I know it's easier said than done, but patience is key in these situations. Hiring processes can take time, especially around the holiday season.
