SA to Full-Time Lateral
I am starting an internship, this summer, at a BB in a WM role. I wasn't cognizant as to how recruiting for these internships worked and what kind of role best suited me, when I applied. Since accepting, I took an internship during the school year in IB, and want to do it full-time. Any tips on how to try and lateral into IB for full-time, and how to do so without causing issues with my current group? Also, is it okay to apply for other full-time roles while working as a SA? If anybody has been in a similar situation or has general advice it would be greatly appreciated.
