Serious question on diversity in IB recruiting
What is everyone’s approach to disclosing diversity information in applications?
Would I be disadvantaged at all by opting to not disclose any of this information (e.g. race, sexuality, household background)?
There's really no logical reason not to disclose that information if you're part of a diversity group.
What if I’m not?
Then it doesn't matter either way.
