Should I get into advisory or consulting?
I'm in the UK at a non target and I study Accounting and Finance. I want to get into investment banking after b-school several years down the road (or maybe before if I managed to network my way in). But for my career after I graduate, what job will increase the odds?
1. Audit -> advisory -> TAS
2. Consulting
3. Investment research (I added this one because I like researching investments, fundamental analysis, etc.. )
Hey man I’m not gonna lie, don’t read this forum too much. Do what makes you happy all of them are great careers. Make sure you have time to be happy.
Thanks man. That's great advice. Out of all of them I am really passionate about investment research and investment banking.
