Should I include my incoming SA internship on my resume for FT recruiting?

Should I include my incoming SA internship on my resume for FT recruiting? Currently headed to a BB/EB and am interested in moving shops or jumping to a PE analyst program, but don't want to somehow get dinged at the bank I'm headed to if someone finds out. At the same time, I think I'll get much more traction if I include my current bank on my resume. What is common precedent here? I'm guessing most people would say to leave it on the resume, but I could be wrong here.

Thank you!

Most people I know who recruited FT always left it on. I think its a little early to network for FT banking spots so might put a bad taste in some people's mouths and if I were in your shoes it'd be too risky for my appetite in this market.. However, for PE firms with analyst programs, I think there are 0 risks, and reaching out now makes sense. good luck
