Sophomore internship confusion
Current sophomore from a moderate target trying to recruit for 2023 internships right now. I made it to the interview stages of some larger finance firms but have been receiving a ton of rejections. My plan is to start emailing boutiques near me to speak with MDs and hopefully leverage that into an internship.
Should I include my resume when I email MDs/firms? How late do sophomore internships recruit?
