I am a rising sophomore at a US target but I’m born and raised in Europe. I know little about spring weeks but I thought they might be a great occasion to potentially get closer to an internship in Europe. Does anyone know if these apps are generally rolling or not and if networking is required and the importance of cover letter vs resume.
