Does anyone have any tips on dealing with, or when/if to disclose, a stammer? After completing a few hirevue's, my stammer has started to flare, and it messes up my flow of speaking and thought which doesn't help. When speaking on a phone call or face-to-face, I can control it quite well, but without any human interaction, I tend to trip on words quite severely.
Any help would be appreciated,
