Suggest Career Path

I am a student in college. I want to know what jobs are suitable for me.

1.) I want to work as a trader, but am still open to other preferences ( most preferably in IB ) 2.) I have a bit of coding knowledge that I can use to backtest strategies, but not on that level that I can design trading algorithms. ( Do suggest what to learn in case of other IB job) 3.) I do not want to study a lot of mathematics, so quant is not an option. 4.) Job in a High Standard city, ex-New York, London, etc.

What about a structurer in IB? Do tell its benefits, why people prefer, scope, workload comparison, and earnings.
