Targeting London M&A boutiques

Hello,

I graduated more than a year ago with a French Master in Finance, currently unemployed with previous experience at IB boutiques.

I want to relocate to London. I've noticed there are numerous small M&A boutiques there, including branches from US firms. My goal is to secure off-cycle internships or first-year analyst roles at these smaller M&A boutiques. For example, how can one find internships at firms like Ferghana? Are there specific job boards where these firms post their job ads?

I have heard about City Investment Training's program, and they claim that they have connections in London and that they can help student find internships offers within a few weeks of completing their training. How is that possible given that internship recruiting in London is typically highly structured and often begins about a year in advance?

Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
