Tier 1 U.K. visa question
The question is whether or not I can apply for Tier 1 and get the points for my MBA (35p) while I'm still on it? (doing 2nd year; graduating May 2011). The problem is complicated by the fact I study in US. Without points for MBA I don't get enough points to apply for Visa since I have no income for the last year (I did unpaid internship).
The thing is that I'm looking for a hedge fund work in London and most managers are not willing to start negotiations with an applicant with no Visa (or the one not expecting to get a Visa soon after graduation - usually by the end of the summer of 2011).
Would appreciate your advise.
