Top target plus middle market internship but got rejected in CV screening

Hi guys, I just graduated from a top target and am currently interning at a French middle market bank, specializing in healthcare. I got rejected by Jefferies London healthcare (I did chemistry in undergrad) off cycle two days ago, so would greatly appreciate some advice on what and how to improve to pass CV screening, especially for a FT position.

Thanks a lot!
