Transferring Offices after Soph SA
I'll be interning this upcoming summer in BB IBD in California. I want to start my career in New York. Has anyone out there managed to transfer offices for their junior SA? Wondering if this is feasible.
Are you dying to stay at the same firm? Generally you'd have to re-recruit, and firms/groups aren't huge fans of letting interns transfer.
If you want to switch firms this should be pretty easy. You should get plenty of interviews with BB IB on your resume
