UK Graduate looking for roles
I'm a recent UK grad (2023) with no finance/banking experience, looking how to enter the industry. I've got a good humanities degree from a good university and I'm not keen on doing a masters in finance. Would the obvious route be to try and get a role in a big four firm and then move across? Or, is it unusual for grads to try and get a finance internships after they've graduated and get into it that way? Do firms try generally avoid giving internships to grads, even if its off-cycle? Any advice would be really appreciated!
