Unsure what to do as a 1st year undergraduate to gain exp
I'm currently studying finance and fintech with placement in my 3rd year (4 year course) and I'm stuck as to what to do to bulk up my CV. The only experience I have is as a GCSE maths tutor. I can't apply to springs as they don't accept 1st year of 4 year course. So I have no idea how to gain exp in finance related roles before applying to springs next year. I can get an unrelated role but I'm afraid it wont be too relevant. I'm hoping to get into M&A ideally.
Bro if you are in 1st year of uni and are looking to do spring weeks in your 2nd as you said, literally do anything finance related, doesn't have to be m&a.
I don't mind what the exp I'm just saying I'm hoping to break into M&A is its just that I literally cant find anything that is entry level the only things are societies for our uni which I've joined
