Urgent Help Making Decision-- Sixth Street Strategic Capital, Gryphon Investors, Lightyear Capital

Hi Monkeys!

In a fortunate spot to decide between these firms. I know I will like the people there but would love to hear any perspectives on the firms in terms of hours (on average) and the ability to move up. Exit ops could be important, especially for the firms that only have that 2-year program.

I don't have a preference for industry. I want to have the best training with the best/respectful people!
