Visa sponsorship in UK vs US for IBD

Hey everyone, just wondering right now. I'm an undergrad student at a top target in the UK, and was thinking whether work visa sponsorship would be an issue in the UK as there is in the US for internationals. As of now, I've been asking around and consulting the FAQs in the career websites for UK offices, and as far as I see, every, or nearly every firm is able to sponsor internationals. Obviously it means that they don't necessarily sponsor regularly. As this forum is heavily skewed for the US, I was wondering if i'm at a significant disadvantage in the UK when applying? The post study work visa would also help in atleast eliminating the sponsorship issue for 2 years.
