What skillsets/exit opps will this job description provide me with? (investment management)

So I have background in big 4 audit, trying to make a transition into finance
I have an interview with the following position (job description below), and also currently have an offer with a a small growth investing PE which has just started up (fund not set up yet)

I know these are completely different beasts as PE would be more private/deals based work while the following opportunity seems more public/markets/FoF type analysis

Its more of a wealth management from my view, investing in other funds like an FoF.
am I correct in my understanding?
not sure where this would lead me in the future, whether the lack of depth would act as a barrier for further development. or infact this opportunity might lead to a more senior role in terms of portfolio management.

any advice would be appreciated.
