-Reflect on why you could not convert? Too cocky? Too shy? Din't know technicals? Etc.

Practice on those,

-Try to do anything related to finance this summer to demonstrate your interest in finance. (Most important)

-Obv develop your technical skills as your expected increase in summer ACs compared to spring conversions

- Don't forget to improve your interpersonal skills.

-Improve commercial awareness
