What to do after failing to convert spring week?
Unfortunately, I failed to convert my spring week at a BB in London. Was wondering, for anyone who was in my position, what you did and any advice on summer recruiting?
-Reflect on why you could not convert? Too cocky? Too shy? Din't know technicals? Etc.
Practice on those,
-Try to do anything related to finance this summer to demonstrate your interest in finance. (Most important)
-Obv develop your technical skills as your expected increase in summer ACs compared to spring conversions
- Don't forget to improve your interpersonal skills.
-Improve commercial awareness

May I ask which BB your spring was so I can learn more about your exp? I did at BofA and converted (IB)
