What to expect in final interview with an MD for market risk role?
This interview was not supposed to happen as per the hiring process which HR explained to me. I applied for a associate level role. I was a senior analyst in my previous firm and then i left to pursue masters. when i had my first interview they told me that they would be hiring me as a Senior Analyst and not an Associate because i don't have experience in market risk. Is it possible that MD wants to interview me to judge if i am fit for associate level? or is it a standard practice to have a interview with an MD?
