Which calendar app should I use to send coffee chat meetings?

Hi,

I am scheduling investment banking networking chats. I usually use Apple Calendar because I use MacOS and iOS. However, I'm unsure what it's like for someone who doesn't use an Apple OS and receives an Apple Calendar invite. I've sent a test invite to myself and it includes a ".cal" extension as well as a way to easily add the invite I sent myself to Google Calendar (I guess this is because I am using Gmail). My main concern is sending calendar invites in a way that my recipient is familiar with and doesn't cause them technical issues. Which calendar (Calendly, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar etc.) would you recommend.

This is a bit of a concern for me since I only use Apple Calendar to schedule meetings and I want to avoid any mistakes that would come with using a new, unfamiliar, calendar service.
