Who can apply to off-cycles?

I am confused about who can apply to off-cycles. A Morgan Stanley off-cycle is advertised as being for those "pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor’s or Master's degree with a graduation date between October 2024 and July 2025".

I am currently due to graduate before July 2025, but if I were to take the off-cycle I would have to delay my graduation date to after July 2025 as I would have to take a temporary break from university. Can I still apply to such off-cycles or not? Thanks in advance.
