Why do interviewers ask the same questions?
I notice that during interviews with several rounds, interviewers tend to ask the same (fit) questions. Is there a reason behind this? I can imagine it just being that interviewers tend to want to know the same things from me, but I wonder if this is a strategy. Do they want to see if I can give a multitude of correct answers and should I show some variation, or do they want to see whether I’m consistent with my answers and I’m not just bullshitting?
