Will a background check find a job if I don’t disclose it?
Was laid off the beginning of the year and have been job hunting ever since. I just got an offer but the position is credit, so I was wondering if I should take it or not? I’m running out of savings, so I need to take something, but my concern is when companies are hiring again, will it hurt my chances? Question is, if I start working, and recruit for another company, if I never mention the credit position, will a background check discover it?
Following as in similar position. Need to make ends meet by taking a less desirable job, but worried that it’ll come up and possibly set me back in the recruiting process for the role I actually do want..
